This is the philosophy behind the design of the Sample House by Tzu-Cheng Cho. From the porch to the living room, dining room, and bedroom, every element exudes elegance and fashion, creating a truly magnificent living experience.

To ensure maximum comfort and functionality, the Sample House features a unique layout where each floor is dedicated to a single household. This design allows for spacious public areas like the living room, dining room, and kitchen, while also providing ample daylight. The French windows on the balcony and the strategically placed windows offer breathtaking views of the city, enhancing the overall residential value.

The Sample House spans an impressive 363 square meters and was completed in 2016 in Taiwan. The design team, led by Tzu-Cheng Cho, carefully considered every detail to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of its occupants but also provides a sense of tranquility and leisure.

One of the design challenges was to ensure that the private areas, such as the living room and study room, also had windows that opened outward. However, these windows were designed without pairs to create a softer and more relaxed atmosphere. The interplay of light and structure creates a harmonious and serene environment.

The Sample House by Tzu-Cheng Cho was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2017 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design. This prestigious award recognizes designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The Sample House exemplifies these qualities, contributing to the improvement of quality of life and making the world a better place.
